In 1977, with nothing but a clear vision and unwavering dedication, our beloved founder, who lived a life of discipline and simplicity, laid the foundation of Cellotape Industries. Starting with humble beginnings, he dreamt of creating adhesive products that weren’t just functional—but essential, reliable, and built to serve people in their everyday lives.
He always believed that work is worship and that the customer is God. These principles weren’t just words—they were his way of life. His focus on quality, his discipline, and his ability to adapt with the changing times helped shape what Cellotape is today.
Though he may not be with us in person, his spirit continues to guide every step we take. Today, his legacy lives on through his son, daughter, and grandson, who carry forward his vision with the same passion and purpose. We aim to keep evolving while staying rooted in what he taught us:

Establishment of Packwell Products India by Late Shri Brij Mohan Goyal
Introduced paper gum tape, becoming pioneers in the segment
Changing with the industry needs, started as the first manufacturer of BOPP Self Adhesive Tapes in Punjab.
We pioneered this product and adopted our brand name of “RI Cellotape”
Further expanding the manufacturing setup to 500 units per day.
We reached the milestone of 1000 units per day manufacturing setup with a new plant.
Packwell Poly Products awarded as the Highest Sales Tax Award in the year 2013 by Honourable Deputy CM of Punjab Sardar Sukhbir Singh Badal
Upgraded production with high-end imported machinery to meet growing industrial demands.
Transitioned from Packwell Poly Products Private Limited to Cellotape Industries Private Limited.
Introduced new industrial-grade tapes, focusing on regional and global expansion.
